Chelsea Tropic of Cancer

I really like this one. Tropic of Cancer is a glowy purple with slight pink sparkles and it's a duochrome! Yummy! It has a subtle flash of green with a sort of greyish tinge as well. It's a subtle duochrome and it's not frosty either.
