Ahh, old glass fleck goodness from China Glaze. It has a dusty feel to it and it needs to be layered because it's really sheer. This came from the Martini Pedicure collection from 2005. Takes forever to dry even with topcoat but it's worth it. Like little tiny pieces of glass on the nails. This is one coat over Diamond Cosmetics Magens Bay Blue which is a perfect base.
